Hey, it's good to be back home again....

Whew!
We made it!
After a month away, 12 days of it on the road, we are finally back on the coast.
So much we've seen and so much we've done that it'll
take more than a few posts to catch up.
Our daughters wedding was joyous, fun and full of love and happiness
and I'll post on that soon.
First I'll just send out a taste of the city images from Toronto.
Such a great city with so many things going on and
never enough time (or money for that matter!) to
take it all in.
But we did our best, that's for sure!
First stop....Kensington Market.
Neighbourhood of food, vintage clothes, music,
lovely people art and all things in between...
(by the way, best tacos this side of Mexico!)
Next stop...son-in-law Paul's favorite watering hole...
Steam Whistle Brewery  down at the old CN rail yard...
I must say I enjoy a pint of their beer myself!
A perfect place right before the ball game, just across the street. how convenient!
Blue Jays vs the Yankees tonight!
 Aahh, young love!
Unfortunately even the cheerleaders couldn't help  the Jays on this night....7-2 Yankees.
The next morning we drowned our sorrows at the Dakota Tavern with Bluegrass Brunch...
Once a week the dark, downstairs pub opens it's doors to all ages for
some great music and an all you can eat buffet...
Till the next time!
Hope you enjoyed a few postcards from the big smoke.

Great shots! Loved the bar/musician shots especially. Really cool. And um ... I guess the Germans make better gas masks? That's quite a price point difference. ;)
