Song for Friday...for Tracy

Today would have been my sister's 52nd birthday.
2 weeks ago she died peacefully but suddenly in her sleep.
No rhyme-no reason.
Her generous heart just stopped.
One of the things about her was that she loved crows.
She fed them everyday.
Peanuts littered her neighbourhood.
She also loved the Beatles, so this song's for her.
Happy Birthday dear sister.

    I am most always touched by the loss of loved ones. I have lost before and my heart goes out, reaches out to you.

    I wish you peace, it will come along and along, in a smile, on the wind, by the spoken words, possibly a memory, or perhaps when the sunrises all peachy one morn.

    What a dear picture of your sister when she was little.
    We never know what will happen in life or how we will leave. It is a mystery that only God understands.
    I know that this is so hard for you. I wish I could say something to help.
    I can only say that she is beyond the dance of leaving and she did this well.

    kerry, i feel the way you embrace this loss, rather than try to deny it or overcome it. you embrace your sister's life and she stays with you with each story you tell, and with each lesson from her life that you continue to allow to direct you as each day carries on.

    on a lighter note: irish princess crown. of course, of course!
